Terms & Conditions.
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders processed by FACE Electrical via this website. Please read these terms in full. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time. Pricing & Payments
All prices include VAT and are subject to stock availability. All prices and products quoted are subject to alteration or withdrawal without notice. All payments are taken once the order has been placed by our payment partner PayPal. You can also pay by BACS Transfer prior to delivery. All goods must be paid for in full before they are despatched from our warehouse. A contract between us is not formed until we have processed the transaction and dispatched your order.
Our deliveries are undertaken buy our own delivery team. We offer deliveries Monday to Saturday, to postcodes within a 30 mile radius of our showroom in Teignmouth, Devon.
At the checkout you will be invited to choose a delivery date and time that is convenient to you. Currently we offer three time schedules. Anytime 9am - 5pm, Morning 9am - 12pm, Afternoon 12pm - 5pm. Our delivery team will contact you prior to confirm their estimated time of arrival.
We pride ourselves with the delivery service we provide but sometimes due to busy periods and issues outside of our control delivery dates and times are not guaranteed. We do not accept claims for any losses occurring consequential or otherwise due to missed delivery dates and times.
Our delivery teams are more than happy to accommodate stairs as long as it is safe to do so. All deliveries will be assessed on site to ensure no risks are taken that could result in damage to product, property or personal injury.
Deliveries can only take place where there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the product. Any special requirements should be notified to us when arranging delivery. Please make sure doorways & walkways are clear and wide enough for the appliance to go through.
To help ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible please advise us of any of the following restrictions which may apply to your location:
Steps to property
Upper floor deliveries with no lift
Traffic restricted areas
Width restricted roads
Building work/skips etc.
Please use the 'Delivery Instructions' box at checkout to notify us of any of the above.
It is the customer’s responsibility to protect any floor coverings to prevent damage while the products are being situated in the property. Please check the dimensions of the product you plan to purchase to ensure that it fits in the space/unit where you plan to site it.
Our delivery team will unpack your new appliance on site to check for any damages or discrepancies. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present to sign off the delivery.
In the unlikely event the wrong appliance is delivered please do not fit or use a product that is incorrect or different to that which you have ordered. Failure to comply with this will deem that you have accepted the goods and we may be unable to return or replace them.
Any Failed deliveries may incur an additional delivery charge if you are not present on the agreed delivery date.

In the unlikely event an appliance ordered is unavailable, we will contact you with the option of a suitable replace alternatively a refund will be issued. If your new appliance is being installed by a third party, we recommend your order be delivered before you organise installation, we cannot take responsibility for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.
Damages & Faulty Goods
Any damages should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence to support the claim. You should ensure that all manufacturer guidelines are complied with in the siting and use of the goods. Any faulty goods claim is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights. We always recommend to firstly check the manufacturer’s instruction manual if you feel your appliance is not to be working correctly. Failing that please feel free to get in touch with our team who will be more than happy to help. If a product has been installed a manufactures engineer will need to call out to the appliance to diagnose the fault. If your appliance is found to be installed incorrectly the manufacturer reserves the right to charge a call out fee.
Cancellations & Refunds
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the 14 day period has expired. Unfortunately, this does not apply to goods which have been customised to your specifications such as a door reversal. If the appliance has been installed and/or used or can no longer be sold as new a reduction in the refund due will be applicable. You are entitled to the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place. If you opted for enhanced services such as timed delivery, weekend delivery, installation or appliance recycling you will only receive the value of the original delivery cost.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) within 14 days of cancellation. We recommend using a recorded service and to take out additional insurance in case your return is damaged in transit.
If you would like us to collect your unwanted item a service fee of £55 is applicable. Collection of the goods will only take place from the delivery address to which they were delivered.
Once we have received your returned appliance(s) these will be inspected to ensure that they are in perfect condition and include all relevant accessories, manuals, components etc. Once this has been processed, we will reimburse you monies paid less any applicable collection charges & or charges in respect of missing accessories, manuals, components.
All products sold included a 12 months UK Manufacturer’s warranty. Some manufacturers do offer free extended parts & labour warranties subject to the customer registering their purchase. Claims for promotional warranties must be registered within the set time according to the Manufacturers Terms & Conditions. All products must be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions to qualify for warranty.
Customers are able to extend their warranty by purchasing a Sirius Care plan. All of our extended warranty information can be found on our dedicated page.
Items sold on our website are intended for domestic and consumer use only.

Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
